The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics is redefining the way musculoskeletal care is delivered across the region with locations throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Sarah Herbst attended University of Maryland where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2006. She then went on to George Washington University where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2011. During her training, she developed an interest and expertise in Maitland mobilization techniques to treat joint dysfunction of various orthopedic conditions. At the core of Sarah’s values is patient care, and she aims to provide her patients with cutting-edge treatment techniques, individualized programs, and an overall enjoyable experience that ultimately encourages healing. Recently she has studied to become a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist to better assist patients with posture and work station set up. She also has specialized training in Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo, and enjoys working with that unique population of cliental. Sarah lives in Rockville with her husband and two sons. In her spare time she loves to run and bake treats for her friends and family.
