Biography
Sonal is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 10 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. She was born in India and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. Sonal holds McKenzie Certification of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for treating Spinal disorders. She is skilled in a range of Manual Therapy techniques including Mulligan, Maitland, and Myofascial release, as well as guiding patients through pre- and post-operative care. Outside of work, Sonal enjoys spending quality time with her family and learning about nutrition and healing.
